General Terms

By using the viptak website and all its associated services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement and apply between you and viptak.

These terms and conditions are written in English and are intended for users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on the viptak platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You are permitted to create only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

Account Security

Account Verification

viptak reserves the right to conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process where required. The following documents may be requested for verification:

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used to deposit funds on viptak. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Only deposits made from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals typically take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Anti-Money Laundering

viptak strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If a suspicious transaction is identified, viptak reserves the right to investigate the account and suspend it if necessary.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers from viptak are subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you have agreed to the associated conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳37,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (you must place bets totalling 15 times the combined deposit and bonus amount). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.

Bonus Abuse

Only one bonus may be claimed per household or per IP address. If bonus system abuse is suspected, viptak reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting services on the viptak platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which are stated in the game interface.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits may change, particularly during major sporting events.

Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue or software error, viptak reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the staked amount. viptak is not obliged to pay any winnings that result from a technical error.

Live Betting

Once a bet has been confirmed in a live betting session, it cannot be cancelled or changed. All live betting results are final and non-disputable.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viptak platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to manipulate the bonus system.
• Using bots, automated software or hacking tools.
• Attempting to control outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to bypass or undermine the platform's security measures.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities occur, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

viptak reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the terms and conditions occurs.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• An order is received from a court or regulatory authority.
• The user requests closure of their own account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request closure of their account through 24/7 live chat. In that case, any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms.

Limitation of Liability

The viptak platform provides services on an "as is" basis. viptak accepts no liability for the following:

• Internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Issues arising from the user's device or software.
• Loss caused by the user's negligence or breach of terms.
• Unforeseen events (force majeure) — natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.
